Below are descriptions of the organizations we support and a way to find out more information about their mission and services. We encourage you to look into and support the work that these organizations are doing, and to join them in helping to build stronger communities and healthier, more secure people around the world.

Organization Description
4-H Leaders Association

4-H helps young people learn and grow through an intentional process that builds competence, confidence, connection, compassion and character. Contribution made in recognition of Tammy Skubinna, retiring as director of the 4-H program.

Assistance League of Corvallis

The Assistance League of Corvallis program, Operation School Bell, provides new clothing for eligible Benton County school children to encourage learning, improve attendance, and increase self-esteem.

Benton Habitat for Humanity

Benton Habitat for Humanity is a countywide, ecumenical ministry that seeks to eliminate sub-standard housing and to make decent shelter a matter of action and conscience. 

Boys and Girls Club of Corvallis Lincoln Lions Den Program

Boys & Girls Club of Corvallis Lincon Lions Den program provides K-5 students at Lincoln School with homework help and a chance to try a variety of academic and enrichment activities.

Casa Latinos Unidos de Benton County

CLUBC facilitates the integration of Latinos into the greater community; promotes the well-being of Latino families, promotes leadership & capacity building, supports & advances their equal rights & equal access, & creates a climate of tolerance & cross-cultural understanding.

CASA: Voices for Children

CASA: Voices for Children recruits, trains, and professionally supports court appointed community Volunteers to advocate for each abused and neglected child in Benton and Lane Counties who is within the legal custody of the State.

Center Against Rape and Domestic Violence

CARDV provides services and support to those affected by sexual and domestic violence; and education and leadership to change the societal conditions that cultivate these forms of violence.

Chintimini Wildlife Rehabilitation Center

Chintimini Wildlife Rehabilitation Center provides care for injured and orphaned wildlife, and fosters a connection between people and wildlife through education.

Community Outreach

This multi-faceted human service organization provides hope for men, women, and children who are homeless and very low income in the mid-Willamette Valley. Community Outreach is dedicated to helping people help themselves.

Community Services Consortium

Community Services Consortium helps people in Linn, Benton and Lincoln counties to overcome the causes and conditions of poverty by providing services leading to productive and self-sufficient lives

Corvallis Community Child Centers

CCCC provides a safe and nurturing atmosphere that fosters development of the whole child with an emphasis on social skills, independence, non-violence, problem-solving, and creativity so that children can grow to their fullest potential.

Corvallis Multicultural Literacy Center

CMLC is a community-based learning center where individuals and families of all cultures come together to share, mentor, and understand cultural literacies, to access resources, and to build a cohesive community in a safe, welcoming environment.

Corvallis Public Schools Foundation - Homeless Family Program

The Foundation provides ongoing support to schools and programs throughout Corvallis School District. The Homeless Family Program provides emergency financial assistance for homeless students and their families.

Corvallis Public Schools Foundation  - Mario Pastega Professional Development Grants

The Foundation provides ongoing support to schools and programs throughout Corvallis School District. Funds were donated to support school personnel through the Mario Pastega Professional Development Grants.

Corvallis Public Schools Foundation  - Student Opportunity for Success (SOS)

The Foundation provides ongoing support to schools and programs throughout Corvallis School District. The Student Opportunity for Success (SOS) program helps principals assist students get the most out of their school experience even if their families are struggling financially.

Corvallis Public Schools Foundation - High School Summer Programs

The Foundation provides ongoing support to schools and programs throughout Corvallis School District. Summer programs for high school freshmen identified as being at risk for not completing high school.

Corvallis Sister Cities Association

The primary goals of the Corvallis Sister Cities Association are to promote awareness and understanding between the people of Corvallis and the people of its “sister cities” in Uzhhorod, Ukraine and Gondar, Ethiopia.

da Vinci Days

The mission of the da Vinci Days summer festival is to showcase the educational, artistic, scientific, and technological assets of the region.

Friends of BC Treatment Courts

The Friends of Benton County Treatment Courts secures funds, items and services to benefit the county Drug Treatment Courts.

Furniture Share

Furniture Share diverts furniture from the landfill and redistributes quality used furniture, at no cost to individuals and families in need.

Girls on the Run - Willamette

The objective of Girls on the Run is to educate and empower girls at an early age with life-changing, experiential learning program meant to inspire self-respect and healthy lifestyles in pre-teen girls.

Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation

Contribution was made to support the development and implementation of an outpatient mental health center for children, adolescents, and their families throughout the region.

Grace Center

Grace Center’s mission is to provide day services that optimize the cognitive and physical abilities of seniors and adults with disabilities so they can remain as independent as possible and in their homes.

Greenbelt Land Trust

The mission of the Greenbelt Land Trust is to conserve and protect in perpetuity native habitats, working lands and lands of natural beauty, which provide a connection to the natural world for the residents of the Mid-Willamette Valley.

Heartland Humane Society

Heartland Humane Society works to build a more compassionate community by teaching humane messages to our youth, caring for homeless animals and strengthening the human-animal bond.

Home Life, Inc.

Home Life, Inc. provides safe, integrated, community living services for the purpose of enhancing the quality of life for persons with developmental disabilities in the Corvallis, Oregon area.

Jackson Street Youth Shelter

The Jackson Street Youth Shelter’s mission is to provide temporary emergency shelter and support and advocacy services for homeless youth ages 10-17.

Kidco Head Start, Corvallis Center

Kidco Head Start’s mission is to provide a comprehensive preschool program that enhances children’s development and supports families.

Linn Benton Food Share

Linn Benton Food Share prevents hunger by soliciting, transporting, storing and distributing foods through a network of 74 agencies. They attempt to reach every person who cannot find enough resources to adequately feed themselves or their family.

Linn-Benton Community College Foundation - General Scholarship Fund

The Foundation provides enhanced access to quality educational opportunities to individuals in need of assistance while attending LBCC. Funds are designated for scholarships issued through the Miller Scholars Awards.

Linn-Benton Community College Foundation - Turning Points Transitions

The Foundation provides enhanced access to quality educational opportunities to individuals while attending LBCC. Turning Point is a program providing support, referral services, personal counseling, and career guidance for those who are experiencing major life transitions.

Majestic Theatre

The Majestic Theatre operates a quality performing arts facility and supports the performing arts and civic needs of the Corvallis community.

OSU Folk Club Thrift Shop Foundation

The OSU Folk Club Thrift Shop Foundation benefits people who consign their goods, customers who shop there, OSU students who receive scholarships, and people served by the many Benton County agencies and organizations that receive grants from the profits.

Pastoral Counseling Center

Individual psychotherapy and counseling, marital and relationship therapy, family therapy, group therapy and educational and preventive programs are provided to anyone who is in need of those services, regardless of his or her ability to pay.

Philomath Community Foundation

The Philomath Community Foundation is committed to serving the needs of youth and family, assisting the elderly and fostering community service, including arts and economic development throught the Philomath community.

Senior Dog Rescue of Oregon

The goal of Senior Dog Rescue of Oregon is to rescue older dogs who are homeless and place them with permanent loving families.

Stone Soup Kitchen

Stone Soup is an all-volunteer program in Corvallis, Oregon providing a full meal each day to any person in need. Each year, at two sites, over 175 volunteers contribute more than 25,000 volunteer hours and serve more than 42,000 meals.

Strengthening Rural Families

Strengthening Rural Families’ vision is a vital network of rural communities where families reach out to one another, participate in healthy activities together, and have access to consistent support and resources that enhance their quality of life.

The Arts Center The Arts Center is dedicated to integrating the arts into community life through dynamic collaborations, innovative outreach programs, diverse exhibitions and cultural events, and creative educational opportunities.
United Way of Benton and Lincoln Counties

The United Way of Benton and Lincoln Counties works to increase the organized capacity of people in Benton and Lincoln counties to care for one another.

Vina Moses Center

The primary activity of the Vina Moses Center is providing clothing, household goods, toys and financial assistance to Benton County families in need.
